Seeing as we're nowhere close to releasing polish translation of "Artemis Fowl: The Last Guardian", I went and read it in it's original language. Which I could have done a long time ago, just occured to me. Why haven't I read it earlier?

Oh wait, I knew the answear right away. It's because now, after I've finnished it, I have this endless hole in my guts, so familiar all the way. It's because now I know how the story ended and I cannot hold on to this thought, like "I haven't read the last book yet, so I'm not done with the series". Now I'm done with it and it's bringing tears to my eyes.

What a beautiful ending! I'd never think Colfer would go that way. But killing of the main character isn't something readers would suspect, right?

I want more. I want more of this story so bad, and this is the cause of why I regret reading this shit and not waiting for the translation. Because maybe then I'd still have this feeling, this awareness at the back of my head, that one more book is still ahead of me, still waiting to explore it's contest.

And now, as I said before, I'm practically done with the series. But it's still gonna be carved into my heart as one of the very best I've ever known.

Friggin' thank you, Eoin Colfer, for this amazing story.

*runs away crying*
