オススメのカクテル紹介です。
個人的にかなり好みの一杯で、ぜひぜひ飲んでいただきたいカクテルです。
モンテ・カッシーノ（Monte Cassino）
モンテ・カッシーノは、デイモン・ダイアー氏がベネディクティン500周年を記念したカクテルコンテストで優勝した作品だそうです
（もし違ってたらすみません…）。
名前は、イタリアにあるベネディクト会の修道院「モンテ・カッシーノ修道院」に由来していると言われています
（こちらも違ってたらすみません…）。
ベネディクティンとシャルトリューズ、どちらも薬草系リキュールなので、しっかりハーブ感のある、飲みごたえのあるカクテルに仕上がっています。

Monte Cassino
The Monte Cassino cocktail was created by Damon Dyer and is said to have won a cocktail competition celebrating the 500th anniversary of Bénédictine
(please forgive me if my details are slightly off).
Its name is believed to come from the Monte Cassino Abbey, a Benedictine monastery located in Italy
(again, please excuse any inaccuracies).
With both Bénédictine and Chartreuse used in the recipe, this cocktail has a rich, herbal character and a beautifully layered flavor.
