This shochu is made using kuromoji, a native aromatic tree that grows naturally in the forests of the Hikimi area in Shimane Prefecture.
The “Assemblage” expression is crafted with the addition of pine, creating a unique and refreshing profile.
With its clean taste and forest-like aroma, it offers a distinctive drinking experience.
