日曜はやっぱメン!

幼いごろ、日曜の昼はメンの料理だった。

なぜかわからないけど、ジャジャンメンとか少なくともインスタントラーメンだって、

今は一人暮らししてるが、それが癖のようなものになって、

日曜はなんとなくなんでもいいからメンを探してる。

で昨日はこれ！　ビビムメン。



インスタントだから料理法は簡単。
1.お湯に入れてメンをゆでる。
2.２-3分間ゆでてお水に冷ましてる。
3.添付してるソースに混ぜる。
4.野菜やハム、ゆで卵、とかは自分食性によって。



へへん。いただきまーす。

ブルガリア

何年か前に言語遊学のため日本にいったことがある。

学校の先輩と一緒に暮らしてバイトしながら、勉強してた。

その際、家のあたりにドンキーがあって、そこでお買い物してた。

そこでいろんな食べ物を買ってみたんでけど、一番気に入ったのはこれ！



明治のブルガリア!である。

甘いものに苦手だから別に入ってる砂糖は入れない。

韓国にはこんなサイズのプレーンがないから、結構こだわってる。

ここの牛乳会社たち、似たようなものでもいいから出して。

イラクはいかが。笑
