This Pandora blog article continues the preview of the Pandora Fall 2013
collection with a showcase of the Saffron and Masala Faceted beads.
We’re
now just days away from the Pandora Fall 2013 collection. It’s an amazing
release with some sizable silver beads and a huge variety of glass. Aside from
the two glass kits come the Pandora Beads
UK
. These are spicy warm colours, seasonally appropriate for the
autumn, ideal for those hoping for an Indian summer and with potential for
Halloween combinations.
Earlier in the year, the Pandora Royal Orange
bead made it’s debut. This was a spectacularly vibrant bead with a faceted cut.
For those who enjoyed the Royal Orange bead or indeed those who missed them
(they sold out with alarming speed at many large online retailers, )#) comes two
current collection offerings for the autumn season.
The red and yellow
glooming color is inspired by the warmth of saffron. The purity of this
autumn-flowering plant Crocus sativus’ threads are combined with a faceted
surface reflecting the light, leading thoughts to a magical sunset. Made from
many of the greatest spices, some bring color some bring taste, together they
complete the seasoning. With a surface of facets, a bead that is strong in color
and sharp in taste comes to life when light is added.
These Pandora beads
are a fabulous contrasting complement to the Pandora Native Elements Kit.
Furthermore they undoubtedly offer potential for Halloween bracelets, though we
have yet to see what the Pandora
Dangle Charms
collection will deliver.
Obviously there is
going to be curiosity regarding the similarities between these beads and the
Royal Orange in terms of shade. The Saffron Facet is a darker, redder shade. The
Masala Facet has the green tinge which is very evident. When i offer a full
preview of the Pandora Fall 2013 collection to celebrate the release, I’ll
hopefully be able to clarify this a little further.
August saw the Noosa
Amsterdam Petite collection make it’s official debut. It’s a slight twist on the
existing Noosa Amsterdam concept with detailed chunks adorning leather
accessories but in a scaled down version. Unfortunately for many, the petite
collection has been restricted to Belgium and Holland though rumour has it this
is more of a trial period than a permanent arrangement.
Tomorrow sees the
launch of the Pandora collection. This release sees a return to the conventional
sizing, both in terms of the actual chunks and the leather accessories, ensuring
absolute compatibility with an existing collection. I’m lacking prices and
official descriptions for all of the products. These will be edited in as they
become available.
