久しぶりに女の子になった気分
最近､手抜いてた＆めっちゃ焼けたから､お肌ボロボロやったし
そのぁとジムへ

今kickとか受けれるかな
今日はピラティスとエアロアドバンス出たんゃけど､
今日初めてエアロ楽しぃって感じました
