This is what i did a week ago.
i went to the nice cafe called "高倉町コーヒー" to have a tasty pancake and tea.

it was very fluffy like the sponge.

this is called "Cest Pafait" which means "perfect" in French. it was little bit sour and if you add some sugar, it will avoid the sourness and taste nice.
