is a fine dining steakhouse located in the Chelsea hotel. It is described as having "a setting evocative of a 1940s supper club," complete with a white grand piano. Appropriately, photos of scenes from Atlantic City in the 1940s decorate the walls. The restaurant also features indoor as well as outdoor seating, a cocktail lounge, elevated booths and oceanfront views. Fresh steaks and seafood are the specialties of the house. Seating is by reservation only and since the venue is small and wellknown, reservations can be hard to get.
Reviewers rave about the food, but report the atmosphere to be lacking. Chef Vola's is in the basement of a house. Some had a more favorable reaction to the setting, finding it reminiscent of an Italian grandmother's house. The food is freshly prepared to order. The veal parmigiana, made with a veal chop, is one of the house specialties. The portions are large so you may want to take some home and save room for the phenomenal desserts (See References 2)
Red Square is a Russian themed restaurant. Perhaps, what makes it most unique is its frozen vodka baryou can choose from more than 175 vodkas kept at 10 below zero. The restaurant can provide a romantic meal for two, or host an entire private party. If you're having a romantic dinner and you've just won the jackpot, Red Square has a $1K dessert, complete with two Faberge Eggs, two Swarovski pendants, a deluxe dessert sampling platter and a bottle of frozen vodka
