今日のランチは、コチュジャンを使ったパスタです。醤油ベースのパスタソースを使って、ナンプラーも使ってアジアな感じにしました☆
My lunch today is pasta made with gochujang (Korean red chili paste). Using soy sauce base's pasta sauce together with nam pla (Thai fish sauce), the pasta brought out the Asia feel.
お野菜はファンの方からのプレゼントで届いたものなのです。おいしく料理しています。
The vegetables were present received from fans. They made a very delicious dish.
韓国やタイ、ベトナムの食材も好きです。パクチー好きです。
I like Korea, Thai and Vietnam cuisines. I like parsley.
東南アジアは、台湾よりも南にはまだ旅行にいったことがないので、行ってみたいなって思っています。タイのプーケットはリゾートなのかな。バンコクが1番大きな街なんですよね。
I have not been to any countries of northern-east asia other than Taiwan and I would like to travel to those other places. I would like to go to the resorts at Phuket of Thailand. It is one of the most popular places in Thailand, isn't it?
そういえば、皆さん忘れていませんか？？
Speaking of which, do you guys still remember??
