Sad thing is...I'm in no position to rent, let alone buy a furisode. It's so expensive! Another thing is that I live far-far away from Japan... plus I'm tall and ugly for such clothing.

Okay, so yesterday I went to the mall and bought my very first hair straightener
Since my hair is naturally very curly I need to iron it out whenever I want a straight fringe.

I had my hair straightened at the hairsdresser but now I can do it myself, at home! o(^▽^)o
Here's the great iron:
It's a BELLISIMA IMETEC B2100 with ceramic and jade plates and jenuine leather cover where I hold it.
And you know what's funny? That I didn't have to pay a single HUF (Hungarian Forint) for it! Because my mother gave me coupons worth 11 thousand HUF (that's roughly 5.500 Yen) and the straightener came out of it. Late Christmas-, early birthday present.

What cost me quite some money though was all the stuff I got for my hair: 2 different types of shampoo, a conditioner, a hair mask, styling mousse, straightening spray, and a type of spray that is for hair repair in case I damage or burn my hair with ironing. (^o^;) But it's important to take care of my hair, especially since it was damaged last year by the black dye I used. It took me a year to grow it down. Since than I take good care fo my hair, even if the stuff I need in order to that is expensive as hell.
