It's been two weeks since my husband went to America.
We have made a lot of progress in the last two weeks.

知り合いが何人かいる小学校に娘を行かせるため、指定区画内で探していたが、全く物件がありませんでした。
でもなんとか空きが出て、主人が渡米するまで、地元の日本人向け不動産に動いてもらい。
（契約まで五万円ほどかかるが、結構お願いしている人が多く、我が家もお願いしました）
本人にも見学に行ってもらい、古い家ですが、立地と値段で決定！
契約書締結に進んだ矢先、
さらにいい物件が出ました。。。
新しく、家のすぐ後ろに公園！近くにプールもある!
２日もたもたしているうちに、埋まってしまいました。。。
ショック！いい物件は争奪戦です。
そのまま最初の物件を契約。
家は古いですが、タウンハウスなのに隣と物置部屋しか繋がってないので、騒音は平気そう。
ガレージも広いです。
一番の心配は、裏に森があること。
虫が多そう。恐ろしい。。。

Contract the first property as it is.
The house is old, but although it is a townhouse, only the storage room is connected to the next door, so the noise seems to be okay.
The garage is also large.
The biggest worry is that there is a forest behind.
