It's been two weeks since my husband went to America.

We have made a lot of progress in the last two weeks.

 

⭐️家が決まった

知り合いが何人かいる小学校に娘を行かせるため、指定区画内で探していたが、全く物件がありませんでした。

でもなんとか空きが出て、主人が渡米するまで、地元の日本人向け不動産に動いてもらい。

(契約まで五万円ほどかかるが、結構お願いしている人が多く、我が家もお願いしました)

本人にも見学に行ってもらい、古い家ですが、立地と値段で決定!

契約書締結に進んだ矢先、

さらにいい物件が出ました。。。

新しく、家のすぐ後ろに公園!近くにプールもある!

2日もたもたしているうちに、埋まってしまいました。。。

ショック!いい物件は争奪戦です。

そのまま最初の物件を契約。

家は古いですが、タウンハウスなのに隣と物置部屋しか繋がってないので、騒音は平気そう。

ガレージも広いです。

一番の心配は、裏に森があること。

虫が多そう。恐ろしい。。。

I was looking for it in the designated area to send my daughter to an elementary school where I had several acquaintances, but there was no property at all.

But until I managed to get a vacancy and my husband went to the United States, I asked him to move to a local real estate for Japanese people.

(It costs about 50,000 yen to sign a contract, but many people have asked for it, so I asked for it at my home as well.)

I asked him to visit the house, and although it is an old house, it is decided by the location and price!

As soon as we proceeded to conclude the contract,

An even better property came out. .. ..

A new park just behind the house! There is also a pool nearby!

After two days, it was buried. .. ..

shock! A good property is a scramble.

 

Contract the first property as it is.

The house is old, but although it is a townhouse, only the storage room is connected to the next door, so the noise seems to be okay.

The garage is also large.

The biggest worry is that there is a forest behind.

There seem to be many insects. That's horrible. .. ..
