This is where the Goddess began. As Aprajita, it is time to rise once again in the 21st century.
Thousands of years ago, during the Ice Age, a man dug into the earth and carved stone into a small statue of a woman.
It is called the "Venus Figurine."
Ample breasts, large hips, and a curvy body.
Even though there is no detailed shape of the face or legs, you can sense an overwhelming presence and a vibrant energy.
People worshipped her as the "mother goddess" and the "symbol of life," and prayed to her as their guardian deity.
Women have the power to conceive, create and nurture life.
That is why I believe people in ancient times recognized women as "gods."
However, over the years, women's power has been belittled and suppressed, and they have increasingly been seen as "weak."
Sometimes it feels like we have forgotten our own power.
But can we remember it again?
That we were originally "goddesses."
Now in the 21st century, it is time for women to rise up again.
Not just as a mother, a wife and a daughter, but as the protagonist of my own life.
And also as a presence that protects and illuminates those around us.
The brand I started, Aprazita, was created with this wish in mind.
Aprajita means "invincible goddess" in Sanskrit.
I want you to remember the primal power contained in the Venus figurine.
Every time you wear our jewelry or accessories, I want you to believe in yourself and think, "I am invincible" and "I am a goddess."
I am still on the journey.
But I want to live strong and beautifully with you, one step at a time.
On this day, from the bottom of my heart.
You are your own Venus.
