#0004:お受験アプリ 

 

●目的:受験をする子供、親、受験からだいぶ離れた大人たちのための、お受験クイズアプリ。本物の試験問題を使用して、本物のように、アプリ内で受験問題(クイズ)に挑戦できるアプリ。 

 

●メリット 

▼受験校側:少子高齢化によって受験者数の減少から、いかに受験し入学してもらえる子供たちに、自分の学校を認知させるか、認知の機会を生み出せるアプリ 

▼受験者側:机に座って赤本、入試問題本などに取り組むより、受験をしたい学校の過去の入試問題をクイズ形式で取り組むことができ、ゲーム終了後に合格かどうかがわかるアプリなので、事前に自分の実力を模試などよりも先に随時確認できる。 

 

●デメリット 

▼受験校側:アプリを通じて必ずしも受験者数を確保できる保証はない 

▼受験者側:クイズと本物の試験との差異を実感しにくい

▼コメント まずは日本国内、そして受験大国の中国や韓国の受験校の試験問題もクイズ形式にアプリケーション化して配信していきたいと考えています。 なかなか海外の受験問題触れる機会などなく、大学レベルの受験問題も公開する。ハーバード大学やMITなど、難関校の問題にも、クイズとして気軽に触れることができるアプリは、自分試しや、自己啓発にも利用できます。

#0004: Entrance Exam Quiz App

 

●Purpose: An entrance exam quiz app for children taking entrance exams, their parents, and adults who are far removed from taking entrance exams. The app uses real exam questions, allowing users to take quiz-style entrance exams within the app, just like in a real exam.

 

●Benefits:

  • For schools: An opportunity to increase recognition and generate recognition for their schools, as a result of a decrease in the number of students taking entrance exams due to an aging population.
  • For test-takers: Instead of studying with textbooks or exam books at a desk, they can take past entrance exam questions in quiz format, and the app informs them of whether or not they passed after they complete the game. Therefore, they can check their abilities at any time before taking a mock exam.

●Drawbacks:

  • For schools: No guarantee that the app will necessarily secure a certain number of test-takers.
  • For test-takers: It may be difficult to feel the difference between taking a quiz and a real exam.

●Estimated cost of planning and production: 6 million yen 

 

●Estimated sale of the plan: 5 million yen

 

▼Comment: First, we plan to create an application that converts entrance exam questions from test-taking countries such as Japan, China, and Korea into quiz formats and distribute them. We also plan to release university-level entrance exam questions, including difficult exams such as Harvard and MIT, as quizzes that can be easily accessed for self-testing and self-improvement, since there are not many opportunities to access foreign entrance exams.

●目的:たくさんの旅行代理店が提案する旅行プランの中から、好きな場所へ好きな時間を選べる自分カスタマイズの旅行プランアプリ 

 

●メリット 

旅行代理店側:売れない、申し込みの少ない旅行プランに他社の旅行者が乗り換えてくることで、売り上げの穴埋めができる。 

ユーザー側:たくさんの旅行プランの中から、その時の自分の目的を入力することで、マイプランが簡単に作成でき、費用のプランも自分でカスタマイズできる。 

 

●デメリット 

旅行代理店側:何社もある旅行代理店独自のシステムの統合が必要。 

ユーザー側:旅行保険の適用 

 

●企画製作費用目安 1450万円 

 

◎企画売却目安 1000万円 

 

▼コメント 13年前にトカラの皆既日食があったときに、旅行代理店と組んで、いろいろと旅行会社の悩みを聞きました。そして、旅行に行きたい人たちの悩みも併せて聞きました。 そこで考えたのが、この仕組み、システムです。 世界中の旅行代理店とも組んで、まったく新しい、カスタマイズプランを組めるアプリケーションです。 そして、そのプランを再販することもできる。自分のプランを旅行代理店が買い上げる仕組みも設計します。旅行代理店はプランを買い上げることで、コストメリットを持つことができ、プランナーは収益を得られる。 いかがでしょう!

#0003: Transfer Travel

 

●Purpose: A travel plan app that allows users to customize their own travel plans by choosing their favorite places and times from a variety of travel plans proposed by many travel agencies.

 

●Benefits

For travel agencies: By having other companies' travelers transfer to their underperforming or low-reservation travel plans, they can make up for lost revenue. 

For users: Users can easily create their own personalized plans by entering their current objectives and customize the cost plan as well.

 

●Disadvantages:

For travel agencies: Integration of multiple proprietary systems from various travel agencies is required. 

For users: Application of travel insurance.

 

●Estimated planning and production costs: 14.5 million yen.

 

●Estimated selling price: 10 million yen.

 

▼Comment: Thirteen years ago, I worked with a travel agency during the total solar eclipse in Tokara, listened to the problems of travel companies, and heard the concerns of people who wanted to travel. That's where I came up with this mechanism and system. It is an application that can create a completely new customized plan in collaboration with travel agencies around the world. The plan can also be resold. The planner can generate revenue, and travel agencies can gain cost merit by uying the plan. What do you think?

An avatar is a "character that represents oneself" used in relatively large internet communities such as 2D/3D visual chat or World Wide Web, or it refers to the name of the service itself.

Card Avatar: Create a card with a pre-set character. Users can move around and explore the area using their favorite character's card. Once a certain number of cards are collected, they can be exchanged for advanced cards.

 

3D Avatar (Next-Generation Avatar)

  • Users who register as members can create avatars for free according to their character.
  • Avatars can be grown according to user settings. => A service that allows users to redo or recreate another life in the avatar area. The growth rate can be variable depending on the initial setting and game experience.
