In this area, elementary students make some groups to go to the school. My older one is also a member of a group. Since she was a 1st grade student, she has tried to go to the school in a group. But it was hard for her. It takes 30 minutes on her foot to get to the school with her very heavy elementary school backpack. And she faced to bathroom troubles on her way to the schoo more than one time. So I had been taking her to the school. Last Thursday, she said she was going to the school with the group that she belonged to. I was so surprised. But I tried not to say much. I just prepared for her. I was so worried.
She made it! Today is Monday. It’s the 3rd day since then. She has gone to the school as a member of the group. I’m so proud of her.
I don’t want her to put pressure on herself. Even if she is not able to go there with her group again, that is okay. I don’t blame her. As long as she can spend her school time happily, I have no complaint.
