This is a teaching series that I made from the book of Haggai. I don’t think a lot of us have never studied Haggai before, so this is the background…

Darius’ 2 year of reign (Around 520 BC)
There are four sermons in my series.
1. “Your house, or The Lord’s temple” (1:1-11)
We can be fully satisfied by serving the Lord of Hosts.
2. “Repentance that leads to spirit-driven action” (1:12-15)
The fear of the Lord brings the power of the Lord, which enables us to do the work of the Lord.
3. ”Keep relying, keep going” (2:1-9)
We must completely “focus” and “rely” on the Lord until the very end.
4. “The Lord’s mercy remains despite of the wickedness of people” (2:10-23)
No matter how defiled we are, God will still be faithful to his promises.
By the way, nothing in this teaching has discovered by me, because my job is not to discover but to faithfully interpret. The Book of Haggai is full of God’s mercy and faithfulness. My prayer is that from this teaching you will be able to see the glimpse of God’s character and how good He is. The book ends with the future hope in Jesus’ coming.
