Due to different technologies, mobile phones from your home country may not work in Japan.
So,We(JOINUS♥) will help you to get a cell phone. (^-^)///
When : sep.16th(friday),1pm-5pm
Where : Front of Central Dining
we will stay there, so come on freely and Let's go getting cell phone together :D
You are able to get 2 types of mobile in japan. whatever you want to get any mobile, you must bring "Typical proof" that can be in the form of Passport, an alien registration card, insurance card, credit card or bank account.

Prepaid Phones
In order to create a prepaid account of your own you will need "your passport, alien registration card(= a certificate of matters in the alien registration records (外国人登録原票記載事項証明書) and money LOL(more than 6000yen)."
You will not receive a phone bill ever since it is prepaid and you will always be in control of your expenditures. If you need more talk time, you can add it by purchasing recharge cards available everywhere.
Subscription Plans
With subscription plans you pay for your usage at the end of a monthly billing cycle as opposed to prepaid phones where you buy your usage before you use it. Phones may be free or subsidized although that typically requires a 2 year service contract. Alternatively, the phone may be purchased at full price in which case service is available on a month-to-month contract.

①一般契約 ； ①外国人登録証（まだ、発行されていから、証明書でも大丈夫）、保険証（証明書じゃなく”保険カード”、皆申請したから金曜日までは届くはず）、credit card or 通帳（どっちかあればいいです）
② プリペイドは 外国人登録証（証明書）とパスポート
お金6000円以上（機種代2000円、充電器1000円、プリペイドカード3000円）
ＪＯＩＮＵＳのメンバーがずっといますので、一緒にケータイ買いに行きましょう。もし、明日はあの時間に来れなかったりしても、他の日でも手伝いますので、声かけてください。

*We will dismiss at 6PM at Akihabara.
Ueno is a popular city which has traditional Japanese scenery and exciting shopping arcade AMEYOKO.
Akihabara is also well known as popular sight seeing spot because they have latest Japanese culture...'OTAKU' Culture!
We can enjoy seeing many costume players walking on Hokoten (a pedestrian precinct street) ,or perhaps we might try wear some costume!≧(´▽｀)≦

上野は意外と人気な観光地です＾＾
その後は現代日本文化...そう,オタク文化！が楽しめる秋葉原に行って
日曜日のホコ天を満喫しましょう！！
