End of the Year
It's the end of December. This means another year is coming to an end. In this year, I left school and became an English teacher. Being with students every day brought me laughter. Although their forgetfulness make me angry from time to time, they are still good kids after all.
Teaching is a tiring job, but I enjoy it every day. I can influence a child, make a child to be a better person. I like to see their change, how they grow and learn.
I wish my students can learn with joy. I wish my family good health. I wish next year everyone can make their dreams come ture.
Teacher's Day
It's my first Teacher's Day in this new school. The students were really sweet. One of the classes I taught sent me a big card with lovely words and signatures on it. I also got some presents from the girls in my class.
I think the best present for me is they turn in their homework in time, study hard and get good grades. The most important of all, they come and tell me, "I love your English class!" That would be the best gift ever!
absent-minded kids
Students in my class have one thing in common--absent-minded. Most of the kids forget things here and there. If the teacher forgot to write down their homework on the blackboard, there must be one kid or two would forget to do the homework the next day.(・・;)
At first I would just give instructions and expect them to get things done. Now I know that I have to repeat again and again, making sure they really understood what I was saying and knew what I expect them to do. After all, they are just kids who just graduated from elementary school.
Still a long road ahead of me. I wish their absent-minded situation can improve when the semester starts...![]()
