★Chocolate Crepe Cake ★

Boil water and add butter to melt. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate until melted. Set aside.
Whisk together flour, sugar, and salt. Whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl. Add milk mixture to flour mixture. Add chocolate-butter mixture. Refrigerate.
Cook crepes.
Spread each with filling and stack to desired level.
Spread remaining glaze around sides of cake

Bring cream, corn syrup, and salt. Remove from heat. Add chocolate.
[Hazelnut Filling]
Make whipped cream and stir in Nutella to taste.
[Candied Hazelnuts]
Thread each hazelnut onto tip of a long wooden skewer. Cook sugar and 1/4 cup water to make caramel. Dip 1 skewered hazelnut into caramel syrup and let drip until hard. Place hazelnut on cake.
