Day5 Shosanji Temple #12

Last night I fell asleep at 20:00
(Because there was not electricity in the hut)
Terrible cold !
Many times I have awaken.
And I regret that I did washing yesterday.
Today I must climb the mountain carrying all "soggy -bottom"clothes.

So heavy.
The sky is dark.
Wind howls.
Joren-an hermitage.
Silence.
Divine.
Mystic place.
Slope down
in the bamboo woods
arrived at small village.
I felt relieved.
Lovely path in the orchard.
Dear path.
Back to 1985
Again uphill
They call this slope
"Henro-Korogashi " (Pilgrim crasher)
Fatigue !
Barely, I arrived at the entrance of the temple.
Shosanji Temple #12
downhill in the cedar woods.
Drooping cherry trees.
How pretty.
Bus-driver gave me two boiled eggs and green tea.

I arrived Kamiyama-Spa.
Healed my legs .
and drank beer.
The park where I did sleep in the open,
lovely cherry
from Ryusui-an hermitage
to Kamiyama-Spa
Walking distance 16km
the battery of my digital camera is running down.
