2009年6月25日、世界中に衝撃が走ってから4年の歳月が経過しようとしている。
地球上で最も有名なアーティストと言っても過言ではない彼の突然の訃報に世界中が泣いた。
わずか50年という余りにも短い彼の人生は幸せだったのだろうか。
私のような凡人が彼の心境を理解することなど出来ないが、彼の遺してくれた たくさんの作品や言葉に触れることで私なりに理解することが出来ます。

幼少の頃から普通に過ごすことを許されなかった彼は、自分の生き甲斐をステージに求めるしかなかった。

亡くなってもなお 世界中にたくさんファンがいて、たくさんのイベントが開催されている。
