I was scared for him..., and I didn't know how to assist for him, what correct thing is. His way is very different from another doctors.
I irritated him, but he gave me some pieces of advice.
First, I need to fit my pace to another people, especially doctors. My pace is very slow, I thought it's my weak point from before. I tend to seek conviction before action, so I ask questions many times and delay than another people.
Second, I have to copy ace assistants. Actually, there are some people who I respect for. I want to copy their work, but I couldn't work like ace assistants now.
I have to remedy these problem...
I should practice many things, and work what I have to do according to circumastances.
His advices are simple, but difficult for me.
I often plobably consider a matter difficultly...
But I learn a lots today.
