In a frying pan, put a little bit oil, stirfry onions unt il light brown, then put thinly sliced carrot in. Then mix the roughly minced wagyu beef in.
Season with Sukiyaki no tare (sukiyaki sauce), and white pepper. Cook until boil. Put 1 tbs of flour to thicken the sauce. Let it boil for a while. Turn off heat. Transfer to a big bowl.
Put the peeled potatoes into the bowl and mash together with the beef. Now we are ready to shape the korokke according to your taste.
To make a crisp crumb, prepare in 3 different dishes:
1. Flour
2. 1 tbs flour mix with water, beat together with 1 egg
3. Soft bread crumb
Deep fried in 170 celcius temperature for about 3-5 minutes until nice light brown color.
