資金移動完了しました。
BtoBは結構時間掛りましたね。
以下備忘録です。
まず、BtoBができる条件として口座の氏名が同一でなければなりません。
同一であれば、PepperstoneのHPよりフォームのダウンロード。

現在だとAlpariUK、IBFX Australia、FXCM、Forex.comがありますね。
それ以外のブローカーは「contact us」よりお問い合わせ下さいとのこと。
（因みに4XPはだめっていわれました）

全額出金の場合はこちらにチェック

一部出金の場合はこちらにチェックし、金額と通貨を記入。
「Please be advised that I wish to transfer only the following held by you, the transferring entity, from the below named accounts to the receiving entity:」
Amount（金額） ： $3,000
Currency（通貨） ： USD
[From Broker (Transferring Entity)] Forex.com口座情報記入
Broker Name（ブローカー名） ： Forex.com
Broker Address（住所） ： 23 College Hill, 3rd Floor, London EC4R 2RT United Kingdom
Account Name（氏名） ： Taro Yamada
Account Number（口座番号） ： 11111111
Currency（通貨） ： USD
Forex.comの住所どれ書いたかいいかわからなかったので、このページ の一番下に記載してあるのを書きました。
無事完了したので間違いはないかと(;^_^A

送付してから8日後にForex.comUKから完了通知がきました。
件名「Your withdrawal request has been received.」
そこから5日後にPepperstoneから完了通知が。
件名「MT4 Account Funded」
以上で終わりです。
日数には土日も含まれています。
ただ、Forex.comUKがあまりに遅かったので1度催促しました。
催促したら24時間以内に対応してくれたので、早めに催促するのがいいかも！
