I made a cake at my cooking class.
In Japan, we usually eat a baked cake with ample decoration on the Christmas.
So, I made decorations on the cake, but I'm not so good at that....haha! (^_^;)
There were 5 people at the cooking class on that day, so various kinds of decorated cake were made!
My decoration wasn't good , but the taste was delicious. (^_^)☆

Shochu is a distilled alcoholic beverage.
This shochu is made from potatoes, and the alcohol content is 30%.
We drink it often with hot water or cool water.
And it's cheaper than Japanese Sake, so it's popular in Japan.
