My friend Shoko, the receptionist/manager at Vitamin English School had two other pictures of me and Ryu-kun and she kindly gave them to me via infrared. What do you think?! I think I'll be a good daddy, one day!!

Today I taught at one of the two English schools that I teach at and the other British teacher brought in his cute baby!
I'm afraid that I forgot his name but he is half-Japanese and half-British like me, and he was so cute! His eyelashes were so long and he was smiling the whole time and rarely cried!

Hi everybody
Here's my first blog entry and it feels strange as I'm writing this in an iPhone application rather than on my docomo phone.
Using a blog I figured that people, my students, could comment on pictures plus it could save everything I write.
Also, I guess my parents could keep an eye on it to see how I'm doing
Well, my father and wife went back to England after a three-week long stay and my house feels weird now that they have left
It was really nice to have them here and I wish they could have stayed for longer.
Hmm...what did we do during their last week
I can't remember everything we did, but on Saturday we came to Tenjin and went to Loft, had lunch at Isola and then I taught in Tsutaya while they walked all the way to Ohori Park.
We went bowling on Sunday and I very nearly scored 200 but I was two points short
After that we had tempura on the fourth floor in Canal City
On Monday evening we had dinner at Quattro Otto in Tenjin/Daimyou and then we went to Dazaifu to Tsukushinoyu
which we all enjoyed very much!
On Tuesday, my father and Nerine did their packing and then we popped out with the dogs to their favourite park, Ohori,
and then we had delicious gelato at my friend's shop (the hazelnut chocolate flavour is really great!). After going home and resting/drinking tea, we went to our local Chinese restaurant which my father and his wife loved. My father would buy the owner a beer and the owners would give us free dishes, it was really nice!
Because my father and Nerine's flight left at 7:10am, we had to be up at 5:30am-ish the following morning to give us enough time to get ready, so we had an early night.
We all woke up on time and everything went smoothly.
Yesterday, a volcano erupted in Iceland and strong winds blew the volcanic dust over England, Holland and France, therefore all flights out of those countries, but luckily my father wasn't affected! Phew!
This turned out a lot longer than I expected, but it's only because I've been especially busy. Here are some other different pictures from my week!

I love the way dogs lie flat on the floor like this!
I visited the new Palco department store the other day and had lunch in the basement at a hamburger restaurant. I think they had Okinawan music playing loudly and as you can see, the meat was very rare inside. It was pretty good though!
At Village Vanguard in Palco I treated myself to a box of Nanoblocks! I'd seen them a couple of times before and having grown up in the Lego generation, I couldn't resist buying it! It's like Lego but at about one tenth of the size! it's so tiny and everything you make looks cute! Check out my Tokyo Tower! I thinks it's perfect for coffee tables and for guests and children to play with, maybe not for small children though.
I watched this movie the day before yesterday at Canal City and enjoyed it. It was my second time to watch it as I downloaded and watched it last year. My girlfriend didn't like it so much but I think it's because she likes Hollywood movies and it's a bit different from your average Hollywood movie.
Hmm...apart from that I played a lot of golf on the PS3 and table tennis on the wii with my dad, which was really fun
