I recommend NOT to visit "PETS CENTRAL” in North Point.
Doctor and assistant are a team to be rip off and do not trust their treatment.
So business mind and young inexperienced!
Please immediately change or go to the other Veterinary to hear the second opinion if your beloved pets are diagnosed any disease by them.
I have been visited about two month there with the cat (10 years old) due to the Rabies Vaccination to preparing to go back my country. He was totally healthy and fine until then.
I have asked that do they have experiences to export to my country before gets an appointment.
They are many experiences to export to my country according to them. Their briefing fee was $500.
The first consultation it was no problem his health so he could have first Vaccination.
However, he had diagnosed with renal failure and he had to stay in the hospital after a month.
We had already unexpected his health and the bill on top of that they charged we did not purchase the products, the report blood test fee, it supposed to charges after the second of Vaccination and Doctor mention he has bacteria in urine so they have to send the special place to check. It was cost $8,000.
Every week we had visited it cost around $2,000 every time and they charge what I did not purchase or gave me bunch of medication and charges bunch and after a week you do not need to give him this medicine and stuff. I have to point out every time and the assistant starting to comment that he has this disease and that even Dr. did not mention. I was doubt and stressed out to deal with those. No offence. If that far mistakes so it is obviously their Tactic. Above all, I found out the report is invalid to export process. That’s mean he has to stay in Quarantine for 6 months if I was believed to following them. It could kill him such condition and won’t be able to afford the cost for stay in there and send for a Doctor. I was so freak out to following them thus disappointed their unprofessional work to just to hear to pay their bullshit. (After that I got refund for the test report.)
Kindly send me a message to do the operation and do the second of vaccine which is kill him and charge us to sacrifice his lives. I was so regretted to take him this Vet. They should put a banner as “the animals are money tree instead of I LOVE Pets”.
P.S. Before he died I transferred to other Vet but “Pet Central” won’t cooperate to give the information, therefore, I had to chase them to make it so frustrated even the end.
However, when I notice their fraud Veterinary clinic, it was too late …

The Doctor Tom is young, I might ask him many questions so he was giving me annoy face, however, seems not confident response just additional antibiotics injection and more medications to follow the “Pets Central"..
The third Vet is my recommendation of Vet “ Tin Hau Pet Hospital ".
We were seeing them since he was a baby, I already knew anything happened I must take to see them because the doctor is super experience and caring for the animals!! It was too late that I got there the Dr. already recommend of Euthanatizing him.
During the period we visited almost every week to check the blood and to the SB Q flu and a lot of medication at home, however, on that date my beloved cat had passed away. After 40days of Renal Failure diagnosed.
