ヒラタケって、秋に収穫するものとちゃうの〜??

そうですよね、11月の末がシーズンってことはよく知られていますね。
なんと、写真は今朝採れたもの。
雪が少ない今年は、春の来る前にもう一度元気に育つチャンスがあったようで 驚き。
野生の感の鋭いオーナーには キノコの声も聴こえてるみたいで、パパッと発見してきちゃうのも 驚き.. 。

The bless from the rich nature can be found all year around here at west Lake BIWA.
You can visit here and enjoy harvesting with us!
Walking along the lakeside was nice this morning
and we found Hiratake Mushrooms in the great sizes!! (The season for Hiratake is usually only in autumn in Japan.)
As we have very few snow in this winter Hiratake is growing again and brought us the second harvest.
ここ湖西には、広々とした湖畔•林•藪 があって、季節ごとに自然の恵みから食材が採れるのが嬉しいなぁ。

今日は ヒラタケで炊き込みご飯、してみます。
