Just like Ameba Gold, to get アメG we have to pay with real money
However, unlike Pico, it's harder to get since Pigg is mostly limited to users who live in Japan.
I used game voucher or phone credit to get Ameba Gold in Pico, but that doesn't apply in Pigg.
At least we need credit card, and I don't have any.
So I tried some other way to earn it.
There are many ways to get アメG for free.
I think Ameba is quite generous about this.
(But then most items in pigg require アメG...
)
The easiest ways are:
1) ポチくじ (Pochikuji)
Go to http://pigg.ameba.jp and load your Pigg game.
You'll see a shining spot in the corner:

See that line with bear icon? Click it
You'll see animation of a bear fishing:
If you're lucky, it will catch coin and you'll be rewarded some アメG
I got 5アメG when I won:
You'll also get Double Chance （ダブルチャンス） no matter you win/lose
Click on the ad that appears. Example:
