バンクーバー世界大会　トラフィックセッションのPGAのオンラインミーティングが行われた。

There were interpreters and a translation system but basically I don't rely on it and try to understand directly.

通訳や翻訳システムがあったが、基本的には頼らず、直接理解するようにしている。

There are several kinds of English, British English, American English, Malaysian English. That's so fun.

March 7th.

I delivered 60 minutes speech for life insurance sales advisors in Poland. One my friends, Piotr in Unum insurance Poland invited me for a morning meeting in his branch office.

3月7日、ポーランドの生命保険セールス向けに60分スピーチをしました。私の友人であるポーランドのユーナム保険のピーターが、彼の支社朝礼に私を招待してくれた。

Of course, basically people in Poland don't speak English, so some of them including mainly Piotr help others to understand and translated my English.

もちろん、ポーランドの人たちは基本的に英語が話せないので、ピーターも中心に何人かが私の英語を翻訳してくれた。

What I told was the same as my Japanese speech. Life insurance is not visible material. But difference between top sales and bottom sales is huge. How does this difference come from? I've found it comes from way of thinking.

私が話したことは、いつも日本でするスピーチと同じ。生命保険は目に見えるモノではない。しかし、トップセールスと下位セールスの差は大きい。この違いはどこから来るのか？それは考え方から来ている。

Thought decides the real. Start to think from the end. What sentences are written on your graves? How you die defines how to live.

思考が現実を決める。終わりから考える。あなたの墓にはどんな文章が書かれている？死に方が生き方を決める。

Every setbacks and adversity are setbacks and adversity at the moment. But if you can tap into them as seeds for success, it becomes fuel to accomplish something great.

あらゆる挫折や逆境は、現時点では挫折や逆境だ。しかし、それを成功の種として取り込むことができれば、大きなことを成し遂げる燃料になる。

Be a person who can gratitude all of what happened in the past, including the bad, and change them into what is the reason of your current success looking backward.

悪いことも含めて、過去に起こったすべてのことに感謝し、それを振り返って今の成功の理由に変えられる人間になる。

What I learned from superstars in MDRT is the fact they started from scratch. Don't focus on their current successful state, focus on their stories and trajectory that they have gotten through.

私がMDRTのスーパースターたちから学んだのは、彼らがゼロからスタートしたという事実だ。現在の成功状態に注目するのではなく、彼らが乗り越えてきたストーリーや軌跡に注目すること。

I lost my initial market there years after joining this industry, due to a trouble with my friends. I couldn't find any prospects at that time and I participated cooking seminars to find prospects. It's embarrassing.

この業界に入って数年後、人間関係のトラブルで私は最初のマーケットを失った。当時は見込み客を見つけることができず、見込み客を見つけるために料理セミナーに参加したことだってある。とても恥ずかしいことでした。

Then one of the participants of a certain cooking class sincerely listened to my approach talking and she said.

すると、ある料理教室の参加者の一人が、私の話に真摯に耳を傾けてくれたあとに、こう言いました。

"Why are you teaching such an informative things one by one? Why don't you tell that in a kind of a seminar?"

「なんでそんなためになることを一人一人に教えるの？それ、セミナーとかで話したら？」

That was my starting point of seminar selling.

それが私のセミナー営業の出発点だった。

Had it not been for losing my initial market, had it not been for attending the cooking class, there is not current success of myself.

最初の市場を失っていなければ、料理教室に通っていなければ、今の自分の成功はなかった。

A purpose of every human being is to be happy. How can we make our life happy? I always approach my prospects with giving questions and finding their sense of value.

すべての人間の目的は幸せになることである。どうすれば人生を幸せにできるのか？私は常に見込み客に質問を投げかけ、その価値観を見出すことからアプローチしている。

Approving the current of clients, asking questions to delve deeper into their stories, finding their true happiness, then make a plan which fulfills their emotion not only financial achievement.

お客様の今を承認し、質問を投げかけ、ストーリーを掘り下げ、本当の幸せを見つけ、経済的な達成だけでなく、感情を満たすプランを作る。

Then, life insurance changes from what they need to have reluctantly to what they wantin order to protect their goals.

そうすれば、生命保険は消極的に必要なものから、目標を守るために必要なものに変わる。

In terms of financial goals, I always say three important budgets, housing costs, educational costs, retirement costs.

経済的な目標について、私はいつも3つの重要な予算、住宅費、教育費、老後の生活費を語ります。

Your paydays don't exist only for making living every month, but also future costs which is needed to be divided into smaller amounts.

お給料は毎月の生活のためだけにあるのではなく、将来のために必要なお金でもある。

I ask "How many paydays do you have to get?"

私は "あと何回給料をもらえますか？"と聞きます。

If your mandatory retirement age is 60 and you are 40, you have 20 years to go. And you have 12 paydays in a year. Multiply 20 and 12, equals 240 times.

定年が60歳で40歳なら、あと20年ある。そして、1年に12回の給料日がある。 20と12を掛けると240回。

How much amount of money do need to save in your bank account monthly? How much money do you need to invest into stock markets?

あと240回の給料、銀行口座に毎月いくら貯める必要があるのか？株式投資に毎月いくら？

And this is important.

Did you feel "I need to" now?

そして、ここが重要。

いま「必要だ」と感じましたか？

That is great realization .

素晴らしい気づきです。

Your " to do " should be a part of your achievement, what you want in the future. But in short term perspective, suddenly it looks like something needed to do.

あなたの "to do "は、あなたの達成の一部であり、あなたが将来望むものの一部のはずです。しかし、短期的な視点に立てば、それは突然、やらなくてはならないこと、に見える。

Breaking through this logic is the most important thing for making plans for your clients and progress for yourself.

このロジックを打破することが、クライアントのための計画を立てることにもなるし、あなた自身を進歩させるためにも、最も重要なことです。

I can tell you how to break through and solve it.

それを打破・解決する方法をお教えできます。

Anyway, the speech was very successful. Thank you Piotr for inviting me. I'd love to see you and your friends who achieved MDRT being triggered by my speech.

とにかく、スピーチは大成功だった。招待してくれたピーターありがとう。君と、僕のスピーチがきっかけでMDRTを達成した仲間たちに、ぜひ会いたい。

Now I have three pillars, English motivational speaking, life insurance and running.

ここからは私の最近の近況。

今、私には3つの柱がある。英語のモチベーションスピーチ、生命保険、そしてランニングだ。

I started the habit of running since September 2023, and got serious since January 2024.

走る習慣は2023年9月から始めて、2024年1月から本格的に始めた。

I've increased the amount of running time recently. But it's not enough to finish full marathon. I'm a person who is "Research and Development ". I definitely do it.

最近は走る時間を増やしている。でも、フルマラソンを完走するにはまだまだ足りない。僕は「研究開発型」の人間だ。絶対にやります。

I do English online conversation once a day for 25 minutes every, even though it's Saturday or Sunday.

オンライン英会話は1日1回、土日でも25分ずつやっています。

I feel I can hit TOT with no sweat every year.

TOTは毎年、汗もかかずに達成できる気がしてます。

But, I got injured. I went and see a therapist introduced by my running coach. It's an electric needle therapy.

でも、怪我をしてしまった。ランニングコーチに紹介されたセラピストに診てもらった。電気針治療です。

In order to achieve my goal, I will do everything I can.

目標を達成するために、できることは何でもやります。

Because I die someday.

なにしろ、いつか死にますからね。
