Oh, no....😨

I wasn't chosen as the speaker in any conference of MDRT in 2024. Also I wasn't chosen as the speaker of Focus session in Vancouver and I dropped out of the candidate of MDRT speaks in Vancouver in order to accept the opportunity of serving as the PGA-AD.

そんな..😨

僕は2024年のMDRTのどの会議でもスピーカーに選ばれなかった。バンクーバーでのフォーカス・セッションのスピーカーにも選ばれなかったし、PGA-ADを務める機会を得るためにMDRTのスピーカー候補からも外れた。

I declined the offer of PGA-AD in order to prepare for approval for MDRT speaks in Dubai, but I can't help.

ドバイで開催されるMDRTspeaksに選出備えるため、ドバイPGA-ADのオファーは辞退したのだが、あえなく落選。どうしようもない。

All I can do is practice English.

私にできるのは練習だけだ。

My son has turned 6. So it's appropriate age to enjoy. I was found by one of my clients when we were in line for tickets.

Recently, I've got closer to my dog. I didn't use to have any dogs in my younger days. I had hesitated to stay with dogs but it has gradually changed.

最近、愛犬との距離が縮まってます。若い頃は犬を飼っていなかったため、犬と一緒にいることをためらっていたのですが(清潔感的な感じで、、、)、だんだん変わってきました^ ^

Feb 10th.

The marathon race in Morikoro park would be held the next day. So we, the members of Mission School, gathered and cheered up each other.

翌日モリコロパークでマラソン大会が開催されるため参加予定のミッションスクールのメンバーで集まり、激励会^ ^

My running coach, Miwa.

I appreciate her coaching. She taught me how to run appropriately and I could run without any pain of sciatica on my left side leg.

私のランニングコーチ、ミワ先生^ ^

彼女の指導に感謝しています。適切な走り方を教えてくれて、左足の坐骨神経痛の痛みもなく走れるようになりました。

I finished 10km run for 49 minutes 48 seconds. It was an incredible result for me. Usually I run with a pace of 5 minutes 30 seconds to 6 minutes per kilometer. So that's incredible. ( On top of that, this course encompasses a lot of up and down.

10kmを49分41秒で走り終えた。私にとっては信じられない結果🥳　普段はキロ5分30秒から6分のペースで走っている。だから信じられない。(その上、このコースはアップダウンが多いので)

All members of Mission School finished the race without any trouble.

ミッションスクールメンバーは全員無事に完走。

That's my record. As a guy who just started to train since September and train seriously since January 17th, I'm glad to see that.

I attended a seminar held by Panos leledakis who is the most advanced person in terms of using AI technology in the insurance world.

I learned a lot, how to tap into Chat GPT, zoom, AI, things like that. I was amazed his avatar generated by AI.

チャットGPTの活用法、ズーム、AIなど、多くのことを学んだ。彼のアバターがAIによって生成されたのには驚きましまよ。本人と区別つかないです。

I bought a Garmin watch which informs me several crucial data in terms of running and health. My run coach, Miwa recommended me.

ランニング・健康に関していくつかの重要なデータを知らせてくれるガーミン・ウォッチを買った。私のランコーチであるミワさんが勧めてくれました。

I used to a user of Garmin because I was a cyclist. Beyond a decade, I came back.

以前はサイクリストだったので、ガーミンのユーザーだった。10年を超えて、私は戻ってきた。

Wow! That's amazing.

It can record my sleeping quality like this. I'm particular about these data in order to live great life. So I decided to wear this 24/7 instead of my watch inherited from my father.

すごい！すごいね。

こんな風に睡眠の質を記録できるんだ。私は素晴らしい人生を送るために、これらのデータにこだわっている。だから、父から受け継いだ腕時計の代わりに、これを24時間365日身につけることにした。

Feb 24th.

My son and I visited Biwa lake which is the largest lake in Japan and takes us two hours by car. Recently, I often plan traveling with my son without my wife and daughter.

息子と琵琶湖旅行。車で2時間。最近妻と娘抜きで息子と旅行することが多くなってます。

It's fun driving my convertible car opening the roof. It's unpopular for my wife and daughter 😂

屋根を開けてオープンカーを運転するのは楽しい。妻と娘には不評だけど😂。

My English journey is on stable period. I take at least one lesson a day, sometimes more. I became not haste to improve. Calmly, gradually, like a part of my life, I have organized English practice into my daily routine.

私の英語の旅は安定期に入っている。少なくとも1日1レッスン、時にはそれ以上のレッスンを受けている。上達を焦ることもなく落ち着いて、少しずつ、まるで生活の一部のように、私は英語の練習を毎日の日課に組み込んでいる。

If I am asked whether I can understand announcements in plane or TV shows or Hollywood movies without subtitles, the answer would be honestly NO. That's the way it's supposed to be.

飛行機内のアナウンスやテレビ番組、ハリウッド映画を字幕なしで理解できるかと聞かれたら、正直に「NO」と答えるだろう。だってそういうもんなんです😂

Books I finished reading in February.

English books take me 1 to 2 months basically. In addition to these, I always listen to YouTube videos which inform me about summaries of books.

2月に読み終えた本。

英語の本は基本的に1～2カ月かかる。これに加えて、本の要約を知らせてくれるYouTubeの動画をいつも聞いています。

A method I invented is listening to audiobooks while running. As long as intensity of running is low, I can listen to English one with normal speed and Japanese one with double speed.

私が考案した方法は、ジョグしながらオーディオブックを聴くことだ。走る強度が低ければ、英語は普通のスピードで、日本語は倍速で聴くことができる。

For a while, I'm going to enjoy these hobbies.

しばらくの間、私はこんな趣味たちを楽しみます^ ^
