On Saturday we went to Skytree and Sensouji. Tokyo Skytree is a broadcasting, restaurant, and observation tower in Sumida, Tokyo. It is the tallest structure in Japan and is 634.0 meters. It is the tallest tower in the world and the second tallest structure in the world after Burj Khalifa.
We went up to the first observation deck at 355 meters. From here you could see the Tokyo Tower which Tokyo Skytree replaced. On part of the lower deck there is a glass floor section, where you can see straight down to the ground.

Sensouji is a temple in Asakusa. It's a famous tourist destination in Japan. It consists of a main temple a few outer buildings and a pond with Koi. Koi is a common pond fish and is a relative of the carp. Throughout Japan Koi are breed for the elaborate colours and for competitions, with the main goal being to achieve a fish with the superb balance of colours for the standard trying to be achieved.

Around Asakusa many jinnrikisya (rickshaws) can be seen. Many years ago this would have been a form of transport for the upper class, but now is only a tourist draw.
