Providing a safe, comfortable and friendly service to our passengers at 37,000 feet, you’ll need energy, enthusiasm, resilience, professionalism and excellent customer service skills. For your chance to live abroad and build a career with one of the world’s most prestigious airlines, you’ll need to be a Japanese national of high school graduate level or above, with the ability to speak fluent English. Aged 18 or over, with proven face-to-face customer service experience, you’ll ideally have experience of living and working in an English-speaking country. Excellent eyesight (contact lenses acceptable), a height of at least 5’2” / 157.5cm (height will be measured at interview stage), and the ability to swim a minimum of 25m unaided and without a life jacket are all essential attributes. Based in London, you’ll mostly fly the London to Tokyo route..
