the U.P. fourth day
left Malory's house.
wend a couple of falls.
had a Gyro at the hotdog shop.
went to the pool and jagzee with maria.
talked about her relationship with Carlos and the other guy, Miche.
Fun night. Carlos offered a massage for us.
Found that Kim and Frantz were dating.
Bud felt good.
the U.P. third day
Shopping at the downtown Houghton and hiking on the trail near the campus of Michigan tech.
Good weather. Kept eating pumpkin seeds. Got lost. Ended up with 2 hour walking.
Had a cup of cream soup, chicken salad, and some bread at the restaurant pub called the library.
After taking a short nap, built a fire and make smores.
played the game called "I'm going to the moon, and I'm bringing..."
The stars were amazing.
the U.P. second day
For breakfast, we went to the Finnish restaurant.
I had a cup of coffee, one egg, baked bacon, and Finish bread.
The pastry they made was also good.
We went to the mining place (closed), the cafe where Chess (Malory's friend) works, and up to the northest part of the U.P. There, Malory's car was stucked in the snow. Devils snow...
After spending some time at the bay, went to the restaurant and had a chicken sandwich.
At night, played the pool and took the sauna.
Up to the U.P.
After met up with Maria, Carlos, and Cortney, we started 10-hour driving up to the U.P.
It's chilly day. When we got Mackinaw City, it's almost freezing.
I had a cup of cream soup with broccoli and some breads.
After getting lost, we finally got to Malory's house in Houghton.
Houghton is the town which has Michigan tech university and the very beautiful bridge.
After seeing Malory, Kimberley, and Frantz, we head to the pizza place.
We had the vegetable pizza, which was really good.
The ground floor we stayed at has a pool, a sauna, and a bar.
After playing one game with the pool, we got to sleep on the floor.
moving out
It's finally the day for checking out.
The room turned back to the very simple, plain box.
Some people visited my room to say good-bye.
I hate those saying good-bye situation.
I just wished they didn't say anything sad, but also wished they didn't leave my room.
After bring all of my stuff to the BlueHouse, I met Dave, Jun,and Edmond and went to the Cold Stone to get the ice cream. Small size of Mint Mint Chocolatechip, which was enough large for you to get full itself was melting outside. We had the ice creams on the bridge, walked around the campas, talked about everyone's leaving and their coming future.
I'll head up to the U.P. tomorrow.
It's gonna be real fun.
