We take it for granted now that science has social responsibilities , but that idea woud not have occurred to Newton nor to Garileo .
For , they thought of science as an account of the world as it is , and the only responsibility that they acknowledged was to tell the truth.........
Now I can remenber this short paragraph of an old phylosophical dissertation which I had read in the library of Kyoto University , when I was a student of university in Kyoto . So , those days I stayed in Kyoto for six years in my adrescence and majored in historical phylosophy.
I can still remenber and also say this in my heart .
