I began with a rough sketch and added measurements. Once I had a design with enough information, I used Autodesk Fusion 360 to create a 3D model.
I had my friend 3D print a prototype, so I could check for any design flaws and refine it from there.
After finalizing the prototype, I contacted Bingo RC Design to help cut out the design with carbon fiber.
The finished results fit together nicely
