C++
Long time no see in this blog. Today is a very hard night. There are many things to do tonight. Then, why do I write this trivial diary? I don't know! I think I may want to escape from my task. I should know it makes nothing but ruining myself. Anyway, today's my topic is C++, one of most famous programming languages. I like it because it can do anything in computers. It covers all fields even in basic systems. But there is one thing I don't like about the C++. C++ has a very large degrees of freedom to write sources. It is for users who have been familiar with other programming language to enter C++ easily. Actually this can be a very nice strong point but it makes me confused. This means there are many ways to make a source having one purpose. It is difficult for me to choose which way is better. And when I read a source made by someone, I have to know the background of the author if that man use some grammars I don't know. In my opinion, I think if you want to make something easy to understand, to lessen rules can be one reasonable answer. A large degrees of freedom can make it difficult. I want to say so but I know I don't want to solve a complex equation using only simple easy arithmetic...
anagram
I heard a great anagram! "one plus twelve = two plus eleven" Isn't it beautiful? Other interesting anagrams is shown in Wikipedia. This is a different trivial topic but English uses only 26 characters to make all expressions. It is a big difference from Japanese or Chinese which use more than a thousand characters. Ideas of computers or programming don't occur from our cultures, I think. I cannot imagine a keyboard made by Japanese who don't know Alphabet.
Happy Halloween!
Today, on my way to school, there was a small group of kids in strange costumes.Yes! It is a Halloween today! They would ask candies and chocolates from house to house with saying "Trick, or treat!". How peaceful it is. One good thing of Japan is its variety of religions, I think. We have many events derived from many kinds of religional customs, from Buddhism, Christianity, Shinto or so on. Most of Japanese may take religions very easy. If so, that's a very good culture. I have no religion but I can enjoy a lot of those events. I cannot know the other-side, the world after I die. Many religions say many things about that but I cannot agree with all of them because no one can prove it. But in this world, while my life goes on, I can absolutely enjoy this world with no doubt. All I can prove is how I feel now. It is the only one true thing. A kid I saw today wore a costume of a skeleton. We will become a real skeleton someday. Before that, I want them to enjoy this world fully without caring trivial things, like religions. Anyway, Happy Halloween, Everyone!
