butterless quiche
<pate brisee>
cake flour - 320g
oil - 90ml
soy milk - 80ml
salt - 1/2 tea spoon
mix it and rest it in the fridge for 2 hours or more, ideally half day.
Now I just put the dough in the fridge.
Shoot, I just realised I put 90g oil, not 90ml.
I guess that won't make huge difference, I hope.
※1ミリリットルの食用油はは0.9グラムらしい
