What a wonderful city, Kobe
Hello, world.This is a nail salon "Ryononnail" in Ashiya, Hyogo, Japan.Please check my self-introduction article from here.********************I want to talk about Kobe, my hometown, today.Kobe is located next to Osaka prefecture.We have beautiful mountains and a port.The port of Kobe opened in 1868.We are celebrating 150th anniversary this year and holding many events about it.And the people say the night views from the mountains "look like a million bucks."It is counted as the best three night views of Japan.(The other places are Hakodate, Hokkaido and Nagasaki.)(This picture is a copyright- free material.)Kobe is not that huge city, like Tokyo or Osaka, but still it is pretty large and known as a fashionable city.People are nice, and the weather is nice too.The summer is Japan is SO HOT recent years.But Kobe is usually a little (about 1-2 ℃) cooler than Kyoto or Osaka thanks to the winds from the mountains and the ocean.Kobe has been an exotic city, too.For over 100 year, Kobe had accepted many foreign people.We still have these atmospheres.There are so many old western buildings which we still use.And also we have a Chinatown called Nankin-machi.You can enjoy many ethnic foods, too.Kobe is a very accessible place.You can go to Osaka within 30 minutes, and even to Kyoto, it takes only about 50 minutes.Usually the hotels in Osaka and Kyoto gets fully- booked very easily.But don't worry, you have Kobe!My nail salon is not in Kobe but in Ashiya which is located next to Kobe.It takes only about 10 minutes by train.I hope you can come around Kobe and my nail salon someday!I'll be waiting for all of youIf you are interested in my salon, please feel free to contact me!Ryononnail *Nail Artist *Noriko UetaniEmail address * ryononnail@gmail.comInstagram * @nonyan55_ryononnail_
