アステリスクの『季節のタルト』と『マンダリーナ』を食べました。
数々のコンクールで入賞を果たしてきた実力派パティシエ和泉光一さんのお菓子はやっぱり違います。
見た目がとても綺麗で、上品な味で美味しかったです。
私はマンダリーナがお気に入りです：
オレンジの皮とナッツ
滑らかのキャラメル絡めて
柔らかくて、いい香りタルトです。
Asterisque is a Sweets shop owned by KOICHI IZUMI a very famous confectionery chef in Japan. All the sweets in his shop look so appetizing, elegant and delicious, making it impossible to pick only one. Finally, I chose to try “Asterisque`s season fruit tarte” and “Manndarina tarte” today. “Season fruit tarte” is very good in all aspects, but personally I like the “Manndarina tarte” more!! Mandarine tarte is a perfect blend of macadamia nuts, skin of orange with creamy caramel squeezed in between layers of smooth and soft chiffon cake, with a magical touch of red and dark blue berries on top…splendid taste and smell…
