軽い『抹茶マカロン』を作りました。音譜
挟んでいるのは抹茶クリーム(一般のバタークリームに抹茶あおじるを入れました)。
最初は生地がサクッとしっとり、半生な食感。甘さがくどくなく、生地と抹茶クリームが一体となって口rip*に溶けていくって感じ。
手作りマカロンマカロン6は自分で甘さの調節できますので、本当に美味しいです。アップ

There are many different types of tea in the world but none of them comes close to green tea; because unlike other teas, green tea powder can be so suitable for sweets. In addition to that, personally I really like green tea sweets!!
Today I tried to make some light green tea macaroons. I used very good and high grade green tea power to make macaroons and green tea cream that is used to fill the in-between layers of the green tea macaroons. The material is sweet, tender, crisp and half raw. The initial sweet taste of the material slowly disappears and the internal flavors of the fillings slowly burst out. The flavors from the outside melt with the inside and mixes with green tea cream.
It is really yummy!!
