I came to Toronto for a short stay, but sometimes I wonder what it is like to live here as a citizen.
There seems to be significant difference between a tourist and a citizen.

In my view, the Canada's largest city may not really as busy as other large cities like Sydney or Tokyo.
That is one of the reasons that I like Toronto very much.
However, I read an article online that "the average price of a home in the Toronto area jumped by 16.8% in June.
