Following your withdrawal request, we would like to draw your attention that every Trader who has submitted a withdrawal request for the first time is required to forward us several documents for a successful and prompt completion of withdrawal application.
We are missing the following documents from you:
1. Clear, color copy of Passport showing:
- Your photograph;
- Your full name;
- Issue and expiry date;
- Country that issued the passport;
- MRZ number (2/3 lines verification number at the bottom of the main passport page);
- Your signature.
2. Clear copy of a recent Utility Bill (any bill that is not older than 3 months and comes to your name and address of residence) showing:
- Your name;
- Your updated residential address;
- Date of issue.
For the successful completion of your withdrawal request, please reply to this email and attach color copies of the required documents in .pdf, .jpg, or .doc formats.
