木曜日から金曜日にかけて、外傷手術のトレーニングに行ってしました。
外傷の手術は定期手術(例えば、癌の手術などです。)と患者さんの背景がかなり異なります。分かりやすい例えをするなら、定期手術は多少時間がかかっても100点を取りに行く手術なのに対し、重症外傷の手術では70-80点でいいからとにかく早く終わらせて次の治療に入るための手術と言ったところでしょうか。
外傷の手術に特有な考え方を系統的に学べて、非常に有意義な2日間でした^_^
