最近
音楽を聴きながら
少しだけ運動してます。
激しい音楽だと
激しく運動してしまいそうなので
バラード系を流しながら
のんびりと運動してます。
のんびりだと
たるんだ筋肉に響かない？
かもしれませんが…笑
好きな曲を聴いてると
嫌なこととか理不尽なこととか
仕事で悔しい思いしたとか
プライベートでイラついたりとか
スーッと忘れられて
曲もだけど歌詞とかも
その時の気持ちが
反映されたような歌詞だと
嬉しくなったり
妙に納得したり
切なくなったり励まされたりして
あー好きだなぁって
この曲良いなぁって
すっごく思います。
運動してる時は
あっという間に時間が経って
いつもより
回数多めに運動できてたりして
良いこと尽くめです笑
ながら体操がいいと
ネットで見たけど
なかなかできなくて
テレビ見ながらストレッチ、とか
家事しながら運動、とかは難しい。
どちらか一方しかできない。
でも
音楽聴きながら運動、はできた！
なので
続けられています。
このまま続けて
薄着になる頃には
少しは引き締まってるといいな～
しかし
最近チョコレートが美味しくて
ひとくちチョコをよく食べる。
ひとくちチョコでも
チョコはチョコ。
高カロリーです。涙
完全にやめられない。
困ったものです…
嫌なことがあって
今日もチョコを多めに食べました。
好きな曲を聴きながら
運動したから
少しは解消されてるといいな！笑
