There is small down town near from SCSU and I sometimes browse there when I am free.

It seems to me that this town is taken up with food shops, but you can enjoy exploring.

Today, I would like to introduce some restaurants and bars I visited so far.

①???

I'm sorry but I don't know the name of the bar.

It was the first time for me to go a bar, so I was a little nervous.

The U.S. is stricter on drinking than Japan, and you have to show your identification like ID, passport or stuff like that before you enter a bar.

What a good deal in this bar is that it serves Free-Tacos on every Saturday !!! Moreover, you can eat it as much as you want. But make sure you have to order one drink.

These are tropical alcohols. ( I don’t know these precise name )
It looks like a juice but it is a little strong for me.
What the most I want to emphasize is its size!
It was so big that I could not drink all. 😂
This bar is one of the list that I want to go again.
After drinking in this bar, I browsed other bars too, but all of them were kind of club. Personally, If you want to talk with your friends comfortably, this shop is better than others.

② 7 WEST

This is the best hamburger shop I have ever been in the U.S.
Especially my recommendation is 7 West burger.

Although it is volumy, it costs only $7 ( Most burgers cost $9/10 )

③Capital Cafe (Peet’s coffee)

I go to Capital Cafe every Wednesdays because they serve free-coffee for students! ( I love free haha ) My favorite is Caramel Maccachino. It is not too sweaty and smooth. For your information, you can get extra whipped cream on top if you want :)  it is too much isn’t it !?

Here has some good services for students, which is very helpful for them.
There are other shops I would like to recommend, so I’ll do the second series.
