From today, I have decided to keep a diary through this blog about my study abroad in Brisbane. Positively, I am gonna express how I am feeling and what I am experiencing on the day.
Lets start with the first day of my uni life. on the 17th of Feb, the orientation for international students from all over the world was held and I participated in that, needless to say. In the orientation, there were over 50 to 60 students who are from Canada,the U.S,the Philippines, Chana and etc.... But,I was the only one who is from Japan although the room was filled with the heaps of international ones. Fortunately, one of my coworkers of Sushi Station was also joining the event, so I did not have a hard time to introduce myself to other students(Thanks god). After we ate lunch at ACU, we had a short trip to Brisbane city and spent wonderful time together :0 Its a quite long story so that I wanna omit what happened in there in detail. Anyway, after we went sightseeing all over the SouthBank,we had a dinner in a restauant with each other. As soon as we finished eating our meal, we headed to the biggest shopping mall to have tons f of beer,which makes us excided!
Btw, wanna introduce our member first. Marika is who I mentioned before and working in the sushi restaurant with me. she honestly helped me a lot yesterday in terms of introducing my self to others. The second one is J who is from Korea and 19 yrs old. he is also only the one from Korea, so I can understand his feelings very well. And then, Chris is from the Philippines and likes joking. He is typically Filipino and even I still have no idea about how old he is seriously. The last one is David who is also from the Philippines and surprisingly have a wife and a high-school daughter. Actually, we became the best friend though we met just yesterday.... Anyway, what I wanna say about yesterday was just awesome and felt happy to meet with a variety of people as well as to participate in the united club. I am extremely convinced that my uni life is gonna be brilliant
