This is a recipe for semi-hard table breads.
The process are mostly normal but rised after deviding the dogh.



Ingredients

600g strong flower
12g salt
6g dry yeast
300ml water



Directions

1. Place all the ingredients in the bread machine. Or, place them in a bowel and knead well untill dogh becomes smooth and elastic.

2. Take out dogh on a lightly flowered surface, and divide into 16 pices.
Shape each into a ball.



3. Cover with slightly wet towel, and let rest for 10min.


4. Punch dogh.


5. Shape each into a ball again, and place on cookie sheet.




6. Put them in a warm place and let rise for 30 min.

7. Bake in a preheated oven (200oC) for 12min.
