I didn't smoke today. Actually it wasn't that difficult than I expected. I'm surprised and very proud of myself. I know it's just first day today, but I don't know why I couldn't do that for ages. I CAN QUIT SMOKING!
I've been taking the medicine with smoke cigarettes for a week, yes I've done the 1st week. Finally I'm going to really stop smoking with the same products of medicine which is 2times stronger than the other one from tomorrow. I'm kind of scared to take it. Because I already got a big adverse reaction even from the 1st one. I'm thinking that I should ask the docter that another way to quit smoking and then stop taking the medicine after the 2nd week. Otherwise I'm sure that I will be really sick. It's not because of cigarettes, not because of quit smoking. Because of the medicine. I don't wanna take it anymore, but I still have them for the 2nd week. After I took all of them, I'm not gonna take it anymore. BUT yeh, I will quit smoking however I can!
