exciting summer plans..

officially done with first year studio!

I don't know how I survived..

first we had like 150 ppl and now we have a little less than 100?

so I should be proud of just being here.

there were so many moments in studio where I wanted to cry, or ran outside so i can actually cry. it was pretty intense and hardcore. and sometimes I found myself feeling inferior, worthless and talentless looking at someone's excellent projects which is the worst feeling ever as you can imagine

but it's all been done and everything is in the past :) meaning, I'm moving on. onto 2nd year.

this year made me realize that, in order to MOVE ON, you can NEVER STOP, and that's what's most important thing you can ever do in life

and our profs always told us not to stop and keep going, literally all the time, over and over again.

at first I thought they were just cheering us up but I realized they say that because, again, that literally is the most important thing we can do especially in the field of architecture where you need to be super patient and wait till you finally bloom

funny how I just realized that..

USC isn't that bad after all despite its ghetto LA neighborhood and below-average campus and incredibly expensive tuition..

and looking at these cardinal and gold flowers makes me feel kinda good :)








anyway.

my summer will be pretty awesome.

first my bestie from Berkeley is coming over to see me <3

then I'm flying to Tokyo and do an internship at this architects' office for 2 months!

then flying to Osaka to stay with my family for about 3 weeks

then flying to Honolulu and go sight seeing for 11 hours (its a layover)

then back to LA!

so so excited <3

I have a serious girl crush on bruna..

every time I come across her picture I can't help admiring her beauty!

I don't understand why she isn't as big as Kate Moss already, maybe she's too asian looking to be mainstream, but that's stupid cos she obviously isn't just beautiful but also super unique

I'm having a layover in Hawaii on the way back to LA from Japan.

I have 11 hours to spend there. how cool is that!

tropical rainforest will be pretty interesting. California is pretty much just one big desert.







bad news..

the due for my portfolio is coming up and all I have is shitty drawings and models.

I don't know.
