Twin Falls
I heard wintertime in Boise is very cold and summertime is like burning desert.
I haven't experienced both of them, but I believe now is the best season in Boise.
I have to go somewhere now!
I started driving to the south thinking I could go to Salt Lake City or somewhere.
But I recalled today was the day of American League Championship Series game7,
Matsuzaka was supposed to take Boston Red Sox to the World Series.
I had to go back to the hotel by the game start, I decided to take off the highway at Twin Falls.
I did not know about this town at all, I was surprised to see a big canyon by accident!
I can't imagine how amazing famous canyons are!
Clouds were also impressive for me.
My first fly fishing
I asked Lance to take me fishing on my first Sunday in Boise,
he took me to South Fork of Boise River.
It was sunny, beautiful day.
I realized I was really in the US to see unfamiliar, overwhelming scenery.
I borrowed all stuff for fly fishing from Lance, he kindly taught me how to do it.
When I was a kid, I liked swimming in the river chasing fishes,
but I haven't had tried fly fishing ever.
For me, fly casting was the first big challenge, it was very difficult, it made me try it even harder.
I didn't have any luck but it was so fun. Thank you, Lance!
He got some luck of course, he is a master.
On the way home in the dark, a truck stopped with oil leaking,
two guys asked Lance to take them to Boise.
A few hour drive with strangers was also a interesting experience for me.
